 Dana Staves

Dana Staves earned her MFA in Creative Writing at Old Dominion University, where she studied Fiction. Her work has appeared in Shaking MagazineAlimentumGrist, and Fiction Writers Review. She is currently working on her first novel about two generations of women, peripherally connected to the US Navy, living, eating, loving, and healing in Norfolk, Virginia. Dana is a recent transplant to southern California with her wife and their cat, Otis.
